This program is designed to allow users to perform online registration for your group, team, etc. The theory is that there will be a button on your webpage which will indicate registration or register here. The user clicks it, chooses the group to register for. They can view the registration details and then register.
The information is sent to a database and the admin can view the the participants, and their information. The registrant is sent an email with a confirmation number. The admin can create groups and control the amounts of signups. The registration will close when you hit the max number.
