Online RSVP System.
This program is designed to allow users to RSVP to your function or functions. The theory is that there will be a button on your webpage which will indicate RSVP here. The user clicks it, chooses the function to RSVP to. They can view the function details and then send you an online RSVP for them and their guests. You can set the number of maximum participants to control the number of signups. When your number is reached the RSVP closes.
The information is sent to a database and the admin can view the the participants, and their information. The registrant is sent an email with a confirmation number. The admin can create groups and control the amounts of signups. The registration will close when you hit the max number.
